Joseph G. Pena

Joseph G. Pena was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He earned his degree in Economics from St. Mary's University in 2001 and his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, he was a member of the honorary legal fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. Joseph is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Texas. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, San Antonio Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, and San Antonio Young Lawyers Association.

Joseph is currently focusing his practice in the areas of insurance defense, commercial litigation, and business transactions. Joseph has been named a Rising Star by Scene in SA magazine. He serves as general counsel to several charitable foundations and sits on the board of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Alumni Volunteer Corporation. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys camping, mountain biking, and tennis.
