Stephen Aguilar

Stephen A. Aguilar was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio. While in law school, Stephen served as staff writer on the St. Mary's Law Journal, and later as Comment Editor on its Editorial Board. He is also a member of the honorary legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi.

Stephen is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. His caseload focuses on insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability. Stephen also has prior experience in the area of Immigration and Nationality law, successfully representing clients throughout Texas in naturalization and adjustment of status interviews, before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals. Stephen is an active member of the State Bar of Texas; Mexican-American Bar Association; San Antonio Young Lawyers Association; and San Antonio Bar Association. He spends his free time playing guitar and piano, attending concerts, and playing basketball and golf.
