The firm has vast experience in the complexities and challenges of construction defect law, including both commercial and residential cases. Our attorney have worked on cases involving schools, hospitals, public buildings, large construction projects, and have handled both general contractor and subcontractor disputes. Every type of building system, including roofs, building envelopes, heating ventilating and air conditioning systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, insulation and foundations, have regularly been handled by the members of the Construction Defect Law Section.
