Although the firm's practice has expanded into other areas, such as labor and employment law, the firm began and expanded its practice primarily representing the interests of insurers and their insureds.
The firm's experience includes the trial and appeal of automobile, bad faith, business, employment discrimination, products liability, medical malpractice, legal and other professional malpractice, workers' compensation, environmental and toxic torts, and other property, fire, casualty and liability claims. Moreover, the firm provides coverage opinions, risk management advice, and other ancillary services to its clients.
