also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth

Mr. Henvey has 30 years experience in civil trials and appeals in
numerous counties in Texas. He has tried and appealed many vehicle accident
cases, as well as suits involving products liability, governmental torts,
premises liability, medical, podiatrist, chiropractic, and dental
malpractice, professional malpractice, liability and health insurance
coverage, workers’ compensation coverage, ERISA and COBRA violations,
insurance premium collections, and various contract, corporate, and business
disputes.

Young Lawyers Association; Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association; and
a faculty member of the National Alliance for Insurance Education and
Research.
Ms. Prejean handles workers' compensation, administrative law,
employment-related litigation and bad faith litigation. She is also a
frequent speaker at educational seminars regarding workers' compensation
matters and legislative changes.
