Kimberly A. Bishop, born St. Louis, Missouri, June 4, 1960; admitted to bar 1988, Texas; also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court and Southern District of Texas in 1990. Ms. Bishop has practiced in the field of insurance defense with a primary focus in workers' compensation since 1988. She served as a partner in a Houston based defense firm and subsequently owned her own practice. After years of running her own practice, Ms. Bishop became a partner at an Austin workers’ compensation defense firm. Ms. Bishop has extensive experience at all phases of dispute resolution before the Division of Workers' Compensation and District Courts. In addition to handling her active docket, Ms. Bishop provides training to adjusters and employers throughout the state on workers' compensation issues.

Mr. Clark is one of the firm's resident partners in the Austin office. He is an experienced trial lawyer who currently concentrates his efforts in the areas of personal injury law, automobile litigation, premises liability litigation, workers' compensation, bad faith litigation, professional liability and construction litigation.
