Kimberly A. Bishop, was born on June 4, 1960 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was
admitted to the bar in 1988, Texas; Also admitted to practice before U.S.
District Court and Southern District of Texas in 1990. Preparatory
education, University of Houston (B.A., magna cum laude); legal education,
South Texas College of Law (J.D. 1986). Beta Gamma Sigma; Sigma Iota

Ms.
Bishop has practiced in the field of insurance defense with a primary focus
in workers' compensation since 1988. She served as a partner in a Houston
based defense firm and subsequently owned her own practice. After years of
running her own practice, Ms. Bishop became a partner at an Austin workers' compensation defense firm. Ms. Bishop has extensive experience at all phases
of dispute resolution before the Division of Workers' Compensation and
District Courts. In addition to handling her active docket, Ms. Bishop
provides training throughout the state to adjusters and employers on
workers' compensation issues.

Mr. Clark is one of the firm's resident partners in the Austin office. He is an experienced trial lawyer who currently concentrates his efforts in the areas of construction litigation, real estate litigation, automobile and tractor-trailer litigation, professional liability, premises liability litigation, first party insurance company representation and bad faith litigation.
